Premier Inn, Oxford Greyfriars

Demolition of an existing office building and construction of a 90-bed hotel.  Plans were first drawn up in 2013, and after two CABE design reviews, during which APP collaborated with Rick Mather Architects, planning was secured in 2017. 

The project included enhancements to the streetscape and to the adjacent Paradise Square, opposite the Westgate Shopping Centre in Oxford City Centre.
