Premier Inn, Leek

The Talbot Hotel in Leek - a historic building that was in need of some loving care when acquired by Premier Inn in 2013 - having suffered fire damage, degradation of stonework and past inappropriate extensions. Allison Pike were tasked with the painstaking rebuilding of half of the front facade, detailed stonework repairs and to design sensitive additions to the building to realise a 63 Bed hotel - reviving a key local landmark for future generations.
