Butlins, Minehead

The West Lakes development involved the demolition of an area of existing, unused chalets and major groundworks to create the lakes around which 117 new, sustainable, timber-framed chalets were arranged over the 8.8 acre site. 

Allison Pike handled the architectural aspect of the project with both Butlins & McGoff Construction on this Design & Build contract.
