On behalf of our client, Robinsons Brewery, we're proud to have completed the stunning refurbishment of The Swettenham Arms.
We, alongside the fantastic project team - Medlock, Marston and Grundy LLP, and BAQUS Construction and Property Consultancy - put our architectural and interior design expertise to work in this delightful 16th-century inn, nestled in the Cheshire country side.
Our sensitive refurbishment has brought back to life original features such as fireplaces and the copper bar top, while sandblasted oak beams and a neutral colour palette create a perfect, mellow ambience.
The pub now boasts a brand-new kitchen extension and a cosy breakfast room that perfectly nestles in its rustic surroundings.
Outside, newly blooming flowers, a fresh signage scheme, and comfy new furniture provide the perfect spot for soaking in the picturesque views. And for those planning a visit, don't miss out on the magnificent two-acre Lavender Meadow during the summer months - its gentle, soothing aroma carried in the breeze truly adds to the charm of The Swettenham Arms.
