We're thrilled to announce the opening of our latest turnkey project, the Premier Inn, Cardiff. This unique development combines the charm of a listed building with the modernity of a new tower block, making a striking addition to the skyline of Cardiff.
The journey began for Allison Pike Partnership (APP) in 2016, assisting the developer’s team with the layouts & principles of the hotel operation.
Work commenced on site in 2018, and after a brief pause in 2021 and a change of contractors in 2022, the 248-bed hotel successfully handed over to the operators last month, marking the completion of our 70th project for Premier Inn in the UK in a brand-policing role.
