This marks our first conversion project for Mitchells & Butlers, transforming a former Harvester restaurant into this leading high-end brand. Over a seven-week period, we carried out extensive alterations, installed a new kitchen, and revamped both the internal and external dining experiences.
A special congratulations to Nicole Ashworth for seamlessly integrating this sleek brand concept into a complex layout, complete with 60% recycled seating. Allison Pike undertook designer, lead consultant and contract administrator roles. We're looking forward to seeing everyone enjoy this new dining experience!
