Allison Pike completes Premier Inn extension in Cheadle

We have recently finished the extension at Premier Inn’s Manchester Cheadle site.  

20 bedrooms over two stories were added to the existing 65-bedroom hotel as part of a series of extensions our practice is undertaking for the Premier Inn chain, owned by Whitbread.

It included one disabled-access bedroom with wet room.Premier Inn is focused on providing the best facilities for everyone, and this extensions gave the opportunity to add the accessible bedroom wet room to this hotel.

The Cheadle hotel is located near the Cheadle Royal restaurant and John Lewis.  It’s has proved popular as it is only 8.3 miles from the Old Trafford football stadium and 9 miles south of the Manchester city centre.The contractor on the extension was Sanderson Construction and the project managers were Monaghans.
