The directors of Allison Pike Partnership Limited are delighted to announce that the practice has been assessed by Quality Systems Certification and approved to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems, Standards and Guidelines.
The approval applies to the provision of Architectural, Interior Design and related services. Development of the practice’s quality systems has been a long term priority of the directors and this accreditation follows on from the RIBA Chartered Practice status previously achieved.
A commitment to continuous improvement of the Quality Management System is integral within the office procedures and the standard requires the firm to assess and focus on, among other criteria, customer satisfaction, competence of the practice personnel and the evaluation of our supplier base and external providers. Implementation of the system demonstrates quality management and is aimed to improve output and profitability, leading to increased customer loyalty and consistently met client’s requirements.
